    Even after all these years I still get excited when I get sent new music, and today was no different.

New Tom Waits video for the track "Hell Broke Luce"

   So the Tom Waits hype machine came to a crashing halt today with the release of a new video for the song "Hell Broke Luce" from his 2011 record Bad As Me. 

  All I have to say is they had me fooled, I was expecting a tour announcement or even a new record....good one Tom.

Tom Waits…August the 7th is Coming

    About a week ago Anti- Records started posting some mysterious Tom Waits teasers , the first one said  Tom Waits: Permission To Come Aboard?" and "coming August 7."……then there were two more…"Tom Waits: I Breathe Better Under Water" and "coming August 7.". And "Tom Waits: Never Bring a gun to a Spoon Fight" and "coming August 7".

 

   Tomorrow is the BIG DAY…..what do you think it is? A new record? A new tour? …..we will all find out tomorrow, but until then here's a performance Tom gave on Jimmy Fallon last month performing Raised Right Men.
