Fucked Up Release Video for “The Other Shoe”

       Years ago Much Music would have dedicated a half hour of programing when a video of this magnitude was released,  they did it for Michael, they did it for Madonna…well this is 2011 and Much Music would rather cram new Degrassi and Teen Wolf episodes down its viewers throats (excluding The Wedge) than play actual videos…so we are just going to take it to the streets and by “the streets” I mean Blogs, Facebook ,Twitter all of the usually places for getting stuff out to you in this day and age and announce that Fucked Up have released a video for “The Other Shoe” . 

     Fucked Up continues to try and explain the narrative behind “David Comes to Life” with a video that introduces us to David, Veronica and Octavio , this video was directed by Toronto-based writer and director Matt Eastman.

New Feist: "How Come You Never Go There" released today

     With Feist's new record Metals dropping October the 4^th in the U.S. and Canada (October the 3^rd in the U.K.), today she released the first single off of it entitled "How Come You Never Go There"…if this single is any indication we all are in for a real early halloween treat.

Death From Above 1979 Are Gonna Turn Toronto Out This October

        Death From Above 1979’s shows have been nothing short of mind blowing since announcing their reformation earlier this year ...just check out the riot that was caused this past March at the SXSW Festival,  today they announced they are coming home. 

        Death From Above 1979 will play Toronto at the Sound Academy Friday, October 28^th 2011 with guests Trust and Nightbox , tickets go on sale Saturday August the 6^th, 2011 at 10 am.  Tickets are available at Rotate This, Soundscapes, Play De Record and all Ticketmaster Outlets.
