The Black Flag Facebook group pointed out today that YouTube has the entire film of The Decline of Western Civilization up right now, do yourself a favor and if you’re even remotely interested in Punk music watch this film. The Decline of Western Civilization is a 1981 documentary that chronicles the LA Punk Scene from 1979 and 1980.
The Documentary was directed by Penelope Spheeris .
