Every year the Mariposa Folk Festival offers a chance to Up-And-Coming performers a shot at playing the festival as a “Showcase Performer” and this year is no different. Saturday May the 14th at the Highwaymann Inn, Orillia the Mariposa Showcase auditions will be taking place, they start at 1 P.M. and here’s the good news...It’s Free!!!
Some of the performers that will be hoping to get the chance to play this year’s Festival are...Exxxtra Juicy, Graydon James & The Young Novelists, The Wanted, Brett Caswell & the Marquee Rose, Mike Celia, Nadia Hosko, The Rucksack Willies, Calvin James, and my own personal favourite .... Lauren Campbell & The Dusty Figurines
